- I greatly enjoyed the book. I thought it is a fun way to teach kids about standing up for yourself, developing friendships, and being more creative in your writing. I would recommend this book.
- I though a noteworthy feature of the book was the changes in the story plot at different parts in the story that always had a way of keeping the reader guessing.
- Have students create their own graphic novels
- Use the What If strategy and have students change the ending to this book as well as other scenes from the book in a similar way to how the book itself does
- Helps students with social skills such as developing friendships
- Helps students to learn ways to be creative
- Definitely can be read aloud to kids with the use of an Elmo to bring the pictures from the book up on the screen for the kids
- This book connects to the other novels in the series
- It can be used to help students develop social skills as well as help students to be more creative in the writing skills
